Return Policy

All purchases are free from defects and workmanship and may be returned for a full refund within 5 days notice of defect. Please e mail your description of defect to info@concealedcarrybags.com within 5 days of receipt. Please include a daytime phone number so we can call you and provide you with a RMA number. No returns will be accepted with out a valid RMA.

Exchanges or other returns may be made within 30 days of receipt if they are in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. Refund of purchase price less shipping charges, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable as they are below actual shipping rates we pay the carrier. Return shipping and replacement shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser except for defective returns. Replacement shipping will only be paid by concealedcarrybags.com on defective items returned under the above policy in the first paragraph. Thanks.
